The Agency

Recruitment Ads

After the pandemic-era real estate boom, top agents were in high demand, and brokerages were racing to recruit. The Agency needed to cut through the noise with a campaign that spoke directly to high-value agents, and give them a glimpse of what The Agency had to offer.

The Ask

Once our copy team drafted three CTA’s, each highlighting key differentiators/tenants of The Agency brand, I was brought in to design corresponding display and motion graphic ads. I had the chance to shape what motion could look and feel like for us moving forward, since we hadn’t used it much at that point in time. Plus the added challenge of only using type for the entire campaign.

The Approach

In collaboration with the copy team, project manager, and Corporate Art Director, I designed three motion graphic ads using After Effects. I choose music that would catch the viewer’s ear and build momentum. Every movement was timed to the beat, using rhythm and pacing to guide the eye and spotlight key messaging. I had the chance to shape what motion could look and feel like for us moving forward, since we hadn’t used it much at this point in time.

The Outcome

The ads were well received with minimal edits, boosted traffic to our recruiting site, and helped lay the groundwork for a more strategic use of motion across The Agency’s marketing.
