The Agency

Leadership Summit

Hosted in Charlotte, NC to coincide with the grand opening of The Agency’s newest office, the 2024 Leadership Summit was an invite-only event that brought together top voices from across the company. Including managing partners and corporate leadership, it was a strategic move to build culture and generate momentum for a year of growth. With a tight, three-week timeline and dozens of deliverables, I led the creative process from start to finish.

The Ask

From the start, the visual direction had to feel intentional and bold—something that reflected the prestige of the venue, Bank of America Stadium. I developed a look and feel inspired by pro sports design, translating that energy into a cohesive system across print, digital, and motion. One of the most visible touch points, the 40+ page workbook, was packed with interactive exercises and used throughout the multi-day event. It went through more rounds than any other asset and required a careful balance of structure and brand personality.

The Approach

Even without a style guide, we kept the visual system cohesive by building around strong design anchors (photo filters, textures, bold typography, etc). I stayed in close contact with the VP of Vibes, marketing team, and other internal leads throughout the process, using fast feedback loops and open communication to keep the process smooth and collaborative. I also brought in other members of the design team to help manage volume while maintaining quality across the board.

The Outcome

The visual identity helped the event feel premium and powerful. For me, it was a career-defining project that sharpened my instincts and expand my leadership abilities.
